The Santee Cooper
Lakes are comprised of 171,000 acres stretching 60 miles
long. Even the Atlantic Ocean is accessible from the lakes. The waters provide exceptional
largemouth bass, striped bass, bream, crappie, catfish, and white bass fishing. In addition to the
unparalleled fishing opportunities, the lakes are also very popular with pleasure boaters, sail boaters,
jet and water skiers.

lakes region, with 10 courses located on or within 10 minutes of the lakeshore. Thanks to a lot of good weather,
golfing is a year-round pastime in Santee Cooper Country. Some of the courses offer excellent homes and home sites. Without
exception, club memberships and green fees are very reasonable.
We are centrally located in the state
approximately 60 miles from Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach, and 45 miles from Florence,
just off I-95 exit 115. Easy access to anywhere.
